President and Sister Henry C. Goodnow July 1996 - June 1999 President Goodnow and his family were living in California at the time they received their call to serve as Mission Presidents of the El Salvador San Salvador West Mission. They have seven daughters, two of which have also completed missions (in Japan and Italy). President Goodnow served his mission in Mexico and met Sister Goodnow at BYU where she was serving in his ward as Relief Society President (for those of you who want to know more simply ask one of the |
| missionaries that served with them - we've all heard the story). The Goodnows are currently living in Orem, Utah where President is deciding whether he wants to officially retire or not. They are also actively involved in MESO Development, and President Goodnow sits on as Chairman of the Board of the organization. They have plans to return to El Salvador to help the people this summer and work with volunteers.
